Directions:
Master Jollof Rice sauce powder is not just a spice, it is all you need to make a rich sauce for a mouth-watering jollof rice or even yam stew. For Jollof Rice, just add rice, water, stock, oil and salt to taste and cook till rice is soft. Serve with any protein of your choice.
For that extra special taste, blend and fry half of a medium-sized onion and 4 tablespoons of tomato paste for a few minutes, add the Jollof Master spice and fry for 2-5 minutes then add the washed and drained rice and salt to taste. Stir for 5-10 minutes until slightly dry.
Add stock or water to cook to desired texture.
Taste for salt and adjust accordingly.
